Developed a sophisticated contact system enabling seamless communication between users and administrators. The system includes smart form validation, spam protection through reCAPTCHA integration, and automated email notifications. Features include file attachment support, template-based responses, ticket tracking, and integration with popular CRM systems. The contact system also implements analytics tracking to monitor common user inquiries and response times. An admin dashboard was created to manage and track all communications, with support for multiple admin users and permission levels.
